I usually do not follow horoscopes and in fact make it a priority not to. My sister on the other hand is obsessed. Whenever something negative happens she immediately assures those around her that it had been confirmed in her horoscope. Or if she's dating a new person she makes sure that they are a sign compatible to hers. Although I personally don't follow horoscopes it is interesting to notice just how spot on they can be about people's characters.

I sometimes follow my horoscope when I'm curious to know if it actually matches up with what is going on in my life. My friends also follow them from time to time to see if it really does relate to them.

I do not go out of my way to read a horoscope. If I am flipping through a magazine I will take a second to read one, but I usually won't open a link or anything of that matter. However, my birthday is surrounded by a few of my friends as well. They will send me anything they see that is related to us Aquarius', sometimes it seems scary accurate but other times it just seems generic. I am very neutral about my feelings towards horoscopes.
